Pond Farm Development Completed

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Pond Farm development project, located at High Street, Mepal, CB6 2AW. The project involved the renovation of a Grade II listed, historic 16th century farmhouse and the development of three new build homes.

The renovation of the farmhouse was a delicate process, as it required preserving the historic character and architectural integrity of the building while modernizing it for contemporary living. The renovation included structural repairs, the installation of new heating and electrical systems, and the restoration of original features such as timber beams and fireplaces.

The three new build homes were designed to complement the farmhouse and blend seamlessly into the surrounding countryside. They feature contemporary architecture and sustainable design elements, such as high-efficiency insulation and air source heat pumps.
